- Monthly Progress Monitoring
- $145 per month plus current membership
The Ultimate Plan
- Three sessions per week
- Machine and Weights instruction
- Nutrition counseling with your trainer
- Monthly Progress Monitoring
- $185 per month plus current membership
The Jump Start Plan
- One time session
- Machine and Weights demo and instruction
- $20 per session plus current membership
Progress monitoring consists of goal evaluation, heart rate and blood pressure monitoring, weight, girth and body fat measurements.
