Do you have someone here to help me if I don't know how to do something?

Our staff is here to help you with using the equipment, planning your routine, and any other questions or concerns you may have. In addition, we offer personal training, for more comprehensive assistance in helping you reach your fitness and wellness goals.

Can my kids come in and work out?

Children over 13 may use the equipment if you sign them up as a Dependent Member under your Individual Membership. In addition, a minor may carry their own Individual Membership with parental authorization. Children under 14 may not use the equipment or loiter in the workout areas.

Do you offer daycare services?

At this time, we do not have supervised daycare, however we do offer a play room for your children, filled with toys, seating area, and movies to pass their time while you work out.

Do you sell nutritional supplements?

To stay focused on our core goals of operating a useful and friendly fitness center, we do not sell supplements at this time.

Do I get a discount if I am a senior citizen?

Yes! Anyone over 62 years of age will save 10% off our regular Individual Membership.
